Are you ready to join our queens and enter the 2025 pageant?

Essential Information

The pageant is part of our Washita County Free Fair

CONTESTANTS MUST BE A RESIDENT OF WASHITA COUNTY.

Entry Deadline: August 8th at 6:00 p.m.

The queen in each division will receive a crown, sash, and a bouquet of flowers.

The 1st and 2nd runner up in each division will receive a bouquet of flowers.

NEWLY ADDED…Miss winner will receive a $500 scholarship to be used for college!!!

All age divisions are as of August 22nd:

Mini Miss (3-5 years old) 

  • Pageant or Party Dress
  • No Interview     

Little Miss (6-8 years old)

  • Pageant or Party Dress
  • No Interview

Junior Miss (9-11 years old)

  • Long or Short Formal Dress or Pageant Dress
  • 5 minute Interview

Teen Miss (12-14 years old)

  • Long or Short Formal Dress or Pageant Dress
  • 5 minute Interview

Miss (15-18 years old)

  • Long or Short Formal Dress or Pageant Dress
  • 5 minute Interview
  • All ages will say their name and 1 thing about themselves onstage.
  • Interview attire should be Business Professional/Sunday Best

1:00 p.m. Cordell School Auditorium

Contestant Tea

4:00 p.m. Washita County Activity Center

Rehearsal for ALL CONTESTANTS

5:00 p.m. Cordell School Auditorium

The interview timing could change slightly depending on number of girls to interview. Interviews will start with Miss, then Teen, and last Junior. We will send out a more precise interview time schedule when the entries are closed.


General Rules

  1. Contestant must be a female and never been married or pregnant.
  2. Contestant must be a resident of Washita County.
  3. Each contestant will compete in the appropriate age category, appropriate attire, and all categories which have been outlined by the board as follows.  All ages are as of the day of onstage competition.
  4. The judges will be qualified, and their decisions are final.
  5. All winners will be required to represent Washita County in future events as requested.
  6. Pageant Officials will not be responsible for injury or lost articles during the pageant or events you may attend as Miss Washita County.
  7. Pageant Officials have final authority on questions not covered in this general rules and information sheet.
  8. No talking will be allowed backstage during the competition. Noise can be heard onstage and in the audience.
  9. The Miss Scholarship will be available her 1st semester of college with a proof of college bill and will be sent to the college bursar.
